Villa Cetinale is a magnificent 17th century Tuscan villa rental situated in the Ancaiano district near Siena in Italy. Built in 1680, the villa was designed by architect Carlo Fontana, in the Roman Baroque style. Today, the gardens are some of the most beautiful in the whole of Italy. The villa is exceptionally comfortable and offers complete privacy and exclusivity in a stunning location.

Villa Cetinale’s stunning 17th century formal gardens are widely renowned as being amongst the most beautiful in Italy. They are wonderful for relaxing in, enjoying al fresco lunch or dinner and for exploring. The beautiful swimming pool is also a perfect place to relax and enjoy the spectacular views. There is also a tennis court, games room with table tennis, table football and PlayStation with racing seat if you’re feeling more energetic.
There is nearby Siena for fun trips during the day, with its fascinating architecture and lovely shops and restaurants, but if you are feeling more adventurous a day trip to Florence is easy to arrange so that you can enjoy all there is to offer there too. The villa and its gardens are magical, relaxing and luxurious but if you do feel like venturing out of the grounds, there is plenty to do and see. There is lots to do nearby such as horse riding, mountain biking and wine tasting. The exciting bareback horse races, the Palio, are held in July and August each year in Siena. The unpolluted River Merse is in the hills above Brenna, with many beautiful swimming spots and the coast is an hour away from where you can visit islands such as Elba, Giglio and Giannutri. This is an ideal villa for a fabulous family holiday.
