One of our specialist Travel Consultants will explain how we charge for our services at the outset and ensure that it is totally clear.
In most cases we are paid a commission by the property owner, and we would also charge an agreed concierge fee for organising and arranging all the activities, transport and entertainment. In return for that fee we negotiate the best possible rates we can for you from our suppliers and generally these discounts amount to more than the fee charged.
In some cases where it may not be appropriate to charge you a concierge fee we are solely paid a commission by the property owner and other suppliers.
In a few cases we charge clients an annual concierge fee where LTR will arrange a number of annual holidays for a fixed fee.
Our fees are non-refundable in the event that the client cancels or is unable to take the holiday and we advise that cancellation insurance is taken out at the start of the process. We offer clients appropriate suitable insurer contacts on request. Please see our full T&Cs.
